Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling a session must be done via our booking system with a strict 6 hour cancellation policy. If you fail to comply with our 6 hour policy your session will still be deducted from your account or purchased pack and encounter a $10 no show fee. (If you are unable to cancel or reschedule via our booking system please ensure you contact us via email, phone, text or social media within the 6 hours prior to your session)
