Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling a session must be done via our booking system with a strict 12 hour cancellation policy. If you fail to comply with our 12 hour policy your session will still be deducted from your account or purchased pack. (If you are unable to cancel or reschedule via our booking system please ensure you contact us via email, phone, text or social media within the 12 hours prior to your session)
